Programs Listing Report Columns

The Program Listing report includes information from the Programs master file in File Maintenance. Information on the report pulls from the Modify Program Information window. The report includes the following information:

Program NameProgram NameName field on the System tab.
Program DescProgram DescriptionDescription field on the System tab .
Def All SIMsDefault All SIMs IndicatorProgram Requirements > Limit Service Items section on the System tab.
Displays one of the following:
  • Y: SIM limits are not defined
  • N: SIM limits are defined
Def All DiagsDefault All Diags IndicatorProgram Requirements > Limit Diagnoses section on the System tab.
Displays one of the following:
  • Y: Diagnosis limits are not defined
  • N: Diagnosis limits are defined
Def All CredDefault All Credentials IndicatorProgram Requirements > Limit Provider Credentials section on the System tab.
Displays one of the following:
  • Y: Provider Credential limits are not defined

  • N: Provider Credential limits are defined

Limit SIMsLimit Service ItemsProgram Requirements > Limit Service Items section on the System tab.
Limit DiagsLimit DiagnosisProgram Requirements > Limit Diagnoses section on the System tab.
Limit Prov CredLimit Provider CredentialsProgram Requirements > Limit Provider Credentials section on the System tab.

Filter 2

Use columns to filter data on the report. Column filter options include the following:

  • Between
  • Equals
  • Not Equals
  • Greater Than
  • Less Than
  • Like

Sorting

Use columns to sort and group data on the report. Column sorting options include the following:

  • Ascending
  • Descending
  • Group By
  • Page Break

Totals

Use columns to sub-total and total data on the report. Column total options include the following:

  • Sum
  • Average
  • Count
  • Totals
