Locations
The Locations master file contains a list of locations where services are provided. In most cases, the Location master file is populated through the interface from your billing system. You can designate a location as either a practice office or as an external facility.
- Practice office – Each office of the practice is set up as a location.
- Facility – External facilities at which services are rendered are set up as locations, such as nursing homes and hospitals used for consultations.
