window opens.
Do one of the following:
To add a provider, select
Open Menu

New

To access an existing provider, select a provider's name, select
Open Menu

Open
.

Modify Provider Information
window opens.
Enter or modify provider information.
Do one of the following:
To save changes and then close the window, select
OK

To close the window without saving changes, select

Viewing Rendering Providers
In File Maintenance, you can view which providers are defined as rendering providers for the practice you are logged into. To see which providers are rendering: Under Master Files, select System, then select Providers to open the Providers master file. A check mark displays in the Rendering column for each provider that is set as rendering. Note: You can set a provider as rendering on the Practice tab of the Add/Modify Provider Information window. From File Maintenance, select Master Files > System > Providers. The Providers List window opens. Do one of the following: To add a provider, select Open Menu , and then select New. The Add Provider window opens. To access an existing provider, select a provider's name, select Open Menu , and then selectOpen. The Modify Provider Information window opens. Enter or modify provider information. Do one of the following: To save changes and then close the window, select OK. To close the window without saving changes, select Cancel. Activate Practice Access for Provider Master File

Add or Modify Primary Credentials
Access the Modify Provider Information window for a provider. Select the Credentialing tab. Credentials for the provider are listed in the top section of the tab and Primary Credentials are listed in the bottom section of the tab. Hover over the Information icon on the right to view tool tip information for this section. Note: The Primary Credentials section appears only when the Enable Provider Credential Billing options is enabled in Enterprise Preferences > General.
