Significant Events for Real-Time Address Validation
You can turn on real-time address validation by selecting one of the following significant events located in the Significant Event Information window: Address Changed through "Change of Address Update" Process Address Verified When you turn on real-time address validation, messages related to address validation can appear on the following reports: Patient Chart Demographics Patient Chart Demographics with Providers Account Summary Parent topic: Real-Time Address Validation

Set Up Access Rights for NextGen® Enterprise PM Users to Validate Addresses
You can set up user's security permissions in System Administrator to allow them to validate addresses in real time in NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM. Open System Administrator, and then select the user group to configure. Select the Rights tab, and then select OPERATIONS > Chart/Demographics/Employer > USPS Address Validation.
