Set Up Access Rights for NextGen® Enterprise PM Users to Validate Addresses

You can set up user's security permissions in System Administrator to allow them to validate addresses in real time in NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM.

  1. Open System Administrator, and then select the user group to configure.
  2. Select the Rights tab, and then select OPERATIONS > Chart/Demographics/Employer > USPS Address Validation.
  3. In Access Rights, select Yes .
  4. Select Save.
    The security permissions are set up for the user group.
