Set Up Access Rights for NextGen® Enterprise PM Users

You can set up a user's security permissions in System Administrator for real-time address validation in NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM.

  1. Open System Administrator, and then select the user group to configure.
  2. Select the Rights tab, and then expand OPERATIONS.
  3. Expand Chart/Demographics/Employer, and then select USPS Address Validation.
  4. Select Yes in the Access Rights section.
  5. Select Save.
    The security permissions are set up for the user.
