Set Up Advanced Audit to Track Changes to Protected Content

When you set up your enterprise preferences to track protected content, the Advanced Audit Report tool records the following:
  • The user who added or modified the record.
  • The date the record was added or modified.
  • The value in the field prior to modification.
  • The value after the field is modified.
  1. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Advanced Audit Setup.
    The Advanced Audit Setup window opens.
  2. Select Enterprise Preferences > Protected Content .
  3. Select OK.
