You can view medication information and, if necessary, modify it for company-specific and provider-specific medications.
 
 
  - From the Master Files - System list, select Medication Tasks. 
   
    The 
Medications Task window opens. 
    
    
  - Under Medications Tasks, select Medications. 
   
    The Manage Medication Defaults window opens.
   
 
  - In the Search for Medication field, enter the medication name, and then select Search.
   
    The search results appear in the list.
   
 
  - Select a medication in the list.
   
    The medication details appear. 
    
    
  - To modify the medication, select Edit. 
   
    The fields become available. 
    
    
  - Enter the medication information. For more information, refer to Manage Medication Defaults Field Descriptions.
 
  - Select Save.
