When you create a form-template claim to replace the 1500 or UB paper claims, you can exclude voided charges from displaying when the form-template claim prints.
- From the Form Templates List window, double-click the applicable form-template claim.
- Select Template Properties
on the Form Template toolbar, and then select the Details tab.
The
Template Properties window opens.
By default the Exclude Voided Charges check box is unchecked.
- If you select the check box before you print the form-template claims, any voided charges will be excluded.
