Form templates enable you to create templates that can then be used for printing the practices' forms. Using form templates allows you to customize the forms to best meet your needs. A form template can only be one page in length. You cannot rename a form template.
- Open File Maintenance.
- Select System Master Files, then PM, and then Forms.
The
Forms List window opens.
- Do one of the following:
- To add a new item, select open menu
, and then select New.
- To modify an existing item, select the item in the list, select open menu , and then select Open. You can also double-click to open the item.
The Form Design window opens.
- Select Insert Data Field
on the form toolbar.
The
NextGen Data Repository window opens.
- Insert or modify the data fields.
- If necessary, modify the template properties.
- Select Save
on the form toolbar.
The Save Form Template window opens.
- Enter the template name, and then select OK.
- In the Form Template Name field, enter a name for the template, and then select OK.
