You can set up drop and storage locations for your charts in the Chart Tracking Locations master file. These are global locations that any practice within the enterprise can access.
 
 
  - In File Maintenance, under Master Files, select . 
   
    The 
Chart Tracking Locations List window opens. 
    
    
  - Select on Open Menu 
 and select New from the menu. 
   
    The 
Chart Locations window opens. 
    
    
  - In the Name field, enter the name of the chart location. 
 
  - In the Location Type field, select whether this location is a storage or a drop location. 
 
  - Enter any necessary notes about this location in the Notes field. 
 
  - Do one of the following:
   
    - To save this location and create another, select Next.
 
    - To save this location and close this window, select OK.
