Providers Chart Tracking Tab

Within the Providers master file, you can set up the home and drop locations for the Chart Tracking locations. The Chart Tracking tab is only available when a Chart Tracking license is installed. The information you set here becomes available on the Options tab in the Chart Tracking Preferences master file.

To access the Providers master file:

  1. From the Master Files > System list, select Providers.
  2. Double-click a provider.
    The Modify Provider Information dialog box displays.
  3. Select the Chart Tracking tab.

  4. In the Home Location field, select a location to activate as the provider's home location.
  5. In the Default Drop Location field, select the location to be the default drop location for the provider.
  6. In the Label Count field, select the arrows to specify the correct number of labels to print with each chart request.
  7. Under Service/Drop Locations, you can establish a drop location for each service location. There can be only one drop location assigned to each service location for a provider.
    • To create a new Service/Drop Location combination, select the Open Menu button, then select New.

      OR

      To change an existing Service/Drop Location combination, right-click a row under Service Locations, then select Open.

      The Service/Drop Location dialog box displays.

    • Select the Service Location and Drop Location, and then select OK.
  8. To save your chart tracking settings, select OK.
