Open File Maintenance and select Libraries > Service Package.
The Service Package List window opens.
To create a library, select the open menu button and then select New.
The Add Service Package window opens.
In the Description field, enter a name for the service package.
Select the open menu button and then select New.
The Add Service Package Configuration window opens.
Enter values to configure the service package and select OK.
Add a Service Package Configuration You can configure a service package that includes general information such as defining a service package as a standard type or an add on type, description, a level of need value, and an adult or child indicator.
Add or Modify Service Unit Details You can set up one or more service unit details that define the specific service limitations for various CPT4 code and modifier combinations.
and then select New.
The Add Service Package window opens.
