Open File Maintenance.
Select
Libraries
, and then
Service Package
.
The
Service Package List
window opens.
Do one of the following:
To create a library, select open menu button and select
New
.
The
Add Service Package
window opens.
To modify a library, select it from the list and then select open menu button and select
Open
.
The
Service Package Maintenance
window opens.
In the
Description
field, enter a name for the library. This field is required.
Set up Service Package Configurations as needed.
To save changes and close the window, select
OK
.

Assign Practice Access to a Service Package Library
The Service Package library is a system-level table. Therefore, all libraries can potentially be accessed by any practice in any enterprise. If your enterprise includes multiple practices, you can use the Practice Access option to define which practices have access to each library. For example, Practice A and Practice B both use Service Package Library XYZ, but Practice C does not. Therefore, only Practices A and B should have access to Service Package Library XYZ. Open File Maintenance. Select Libraries, and then Service Package. The Service Package List window opens. From the list, select a library and then do one of the following: Select open menu and then select Practice Access. Right-click and then select Practice Access. The Library Access by Practice window opens. From the Practice list, do the following. At least one practice must be selected. Select the check box for practices that should have access to the library. To select all practices, right-click and then select Select A

Open File Maintenance. Select Libraries, and then Service Package. The Service Package List window opens. Do one of the following: To create a library, select open menu button and select New. Copy a Service Package Configuration
You can copy a Service Package Configuration to create another configuration with the same setup, and then modify the new configuration as needed. When you copy a service package configuration, the following information is copied to the new configuration: The Level of Need value. The Adult/Child indicator. All Service Unit Detail rows with their service limits and CPT4/modifier combinations. To copy a service package configuration, do the following: Open File Maintenance. Select Libraries, and then Service Package. The Service Package List window opens. From the list, double-click to open a library. The Service Package Maintenance window opens. From the list, select a service package configuration to copy and then do one of the following: Select open menu button and then select Copy. Right-click and then select Copy. The Copy Service Package Configuration window opens. In the Please enter a new package description field, enter a description for the new configuration. To save changes an

Modify a Service Unit Detail
In File Maintenance, select Libraries, and then select Service Package. The Service Package List window opens. Double-click a service package. The Service Package Maintenance window opens. Double-click a service package configuration. The Service Package Configuration Maintenance window opens. To modify a service unit detail, select it from the list in the Service Unit Details section, and select open menu and then select Open. The Service Unit Detail Maintenance window opens. Update the fields as required. To save the changes and close the Service Unit Detail Maintenance window, select OK. To save the changes and close the Service Package Configuration Maintenance window, select OK. To save the changes and close the Service Package Maintenance window, select OK.
