Column	Description
Timestamp	The date/time that the alert action was taken.
Alert	The name of the alert that the log entry is for.
Group	The action group under which the alert action was taken.
Channel	The channel name for which the alert was triggered, if available.
Connector	The connector name for which the alert was triggered, if available.
Information	Currently an unused column, planned to be used in the future to display additional information.

Alerts Table

The Alerts table shows the current status and action counters for all your configured alerts. The Alerts table is the main section of the Alerts View that shows the current status and action counters for all your configured alerts. Image of the Alerts table. Column Description A Status Indicates whether the alert is enabled or disabled. B Name The name of the alert. C Id The unique ID for the alert. D Triggered The trigger count for the alert. This is the number of times the condition for the alert has been satisfied, but not necessarily how many alerts have been sent out. If you have multiple actions set on an alert, it may trigger once but send out multiple alerts. This number can be cleared out by using the Clear Trigger Count task. E Alerted For enabled alerts, the number of times the alert has taken action (e.g. sent an email) since it was last enabled. F Current Level The current escalation level for the alert. Alert Tasks

The Alert Tasks pane includes a list of context-specific actions that you can perform for an alert. Overview of the Alerts View

The Alerts view serves as a dashboard where you can view your currently configured alerts. The Alerts view serves as a dashboard for your currently configured alerts. You can view which ones are enabled and how many times an alert has triggered since it was last enabled. Image of the Alerts view With Advanced Alerting installed, you can also view an alerts trigger count, its current escalation level, and the last time the escalation level was changed. There is also a log on the bottom portion of the view that contains information about each time an alert was sent out. Overview of the Edit Alert View

You can use the Edit Alert view to configure or modify alerts. The Edit Alert view is where alerts are configured and modified. After an alert is saved, it appear on the Alerts view, which is like a dashboard for your currently configured alerts. Trigger Conditions Alert trigger conditions define the logic that triggers an alert. Alerts Panel

The grid in the Alerts panel displays all alerts that have been set up. The Description column describes the usage scenario that causes the alert to fire. The Message column shows the text of the alert message. The When column shows the template in the workflow where the alert fires. The Visit Set column shows which types of visits the alert will fire for. The Enabled column shows whether the alert has been enabled to fire ('Locked' indicates an alert that always fires and cannot be disabled). The Override column indicates whether an override has been configured for the alert. If there is an override (Yes), then when you select the alert, you see the conditions of the override in the grid in the Alerts Overrides panel. Most of the alerts are set to Enabled, and the system prevents you from disabling them due to regulatory or documentation requirements. If you select a row in the grid and the Enable checkbox becomes unavailable, you cannot turn off the alert. Search for an Alert Filter

Connection Log

The Connection Log is a detailed view of events that occur as messages flow through your channels. When a message is received or sent out, various events get logged here. It is an ephemeral log, so it is kept in memory only and not written to a file anywhere. The message shown in the Info column depends on the type of channel / connector used. For example, for a TCP Sender destination this will typically show the connected socket information: <local IP> : <local port> —> <remote IP> : <remote port> By default a maximum of 250 entries are shown at once in the Connection Log tab. Newly received entries cause the oldest entries to automatically be removed. If you want to change the number of log entries that may be shown at once (up to a maximum of 999): Edit the Log Size field on the bottom-right side of the window. Select the check icon.
