Add or Modify a Patient's Program

In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, select Open Template for an encounter.The Select Template window opens. Select the Demographics tab. Select All, and then select Demographics (BH).The Demographics (BH) template opens. In the Programs section under the Programs/COT/Treatment Adherence panel, select Level of Care, and then select an option from the list. Do one of the following: To add a program, select Add. To modify a program, select the program in the Programs grid and then select Update. To add additional programs, select Clear For Add. The tis_programs_hx window opens. Programs HX window Enter program, location, provider, open date, time, and payer information. If the patient has more than one payer, add each one. Note: You must complete the Program, Location, Open Date, and Payer fields before saving a program. Select Save. Crisis Mental Health Services are a set of templates and workflows meant to assist the client with effective problem-solving strategies to resolve the critical situation (if possible) or to cope with the problem as it continues. Reassigning Providers

A staff member is responsible for updating the Treatment plans and keeping other assessments up to date. The staff member's details appear in the Caseload Summary template for patient they are assigned to at the program level. In the Provider Management (BH) staff member template, you can reassign multiple patients to a staff member. You can reassign providers at a program level and check the provider reassignment status. Reassign Providers at the Program Level In the Provider Management (BH) template, you can use the Provider Caseload Reassignment panel to change the provider assigned to patients. Check the Provider Reassignment Status As a practice administrator, you can check the status of the provider reassignment in the Provider Caseload Reassignment Status panel on the Provider Management (BH) template. Review Clinical Caseload with Programs

As a provider, you can review clinical caseloads, service duration, and due dates for treatment plans. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and then select File > System \ Practice Template. Select the Practice tab, and then select All. Select Program Caseload Summary (BH), and then select OK. In the Caseload by Provider panel, select a provider to filter the program enrollment list. In the Caseload by Location panel, select a location to filter the program enrollment list. In the Caseload by Program panel, select program and program category to filter the program enrollment list. In the Chart Details panel, review the details of the patient selected in any of the grids. In the Reviews Due panel, select the review type and a provider to filter the reviews that are due. Note: You can consider the following points to understand how the treatment dates are determined.
