Any section that does not have an E&M coding element

Add Family History Data in the Dynamic HPI

You can configure and enter family history data in a dynamic HPI. You can configure the sections on the Dynamic HPI Config practice template. Open the dynamic HPI template. Click a link in the left pane that contains or has been configured by the practice to include family history. Add Past Surgical Data in the Dynamic HPI

Users can add past surgical history data in a dynamic HPI. Note: Configure these sections in the Dynamic HPI Config template. Open the dynamic HPI. Click past surgeries in the left pane. View Chart Summary from the Dynamic HPI

The Chart Summary template enables you to view previous encounter information without leaving the current dynamic HPI template. Open the dynamic HPI template. Add Diagnostic Data in the Dynamic HPI

Diagnostic data contains information from the Orders module and from the diagnostic templates, including the completed date and results. Open the dynamic HPI template. Add Previous Medication Data in the Dynamic HPI

The Prior medications link enables you to add the patient's previous medication data to the dynamic HPI. Note: If you add prior medication data as a Findings section in the DHPI Config Practice template, you can view the data in the reason for visit panel. Launch the dynamic HPI. Click prior medications in the left pane. Choose a sub-selection type of medication from the grid.A list of medication appears. Select the appropriate medication from the list in the grid. Add Historical HPI Findings to the Current Dynamic HPI

Open the dynamic HPI template. Click the View Previous button. The Historical HPI Findings template launches. Select the most recent encounter from the left grid. In the Select the finding to add area, click the desired data row to add it to the Current HPI field. The selected data is added to the Current HPI field.
