Add Family History Data in the Dynamic HPI
You can configure and enter family history data in a dynamic HPI. You can configure the sections on the Dynamic HPI Config practice template. Open the dynamic HPI template. Add Lab Data in the Dynamic HPI
Lab data from the Orders module and office labs can be added to the dynamic HPI. The data includes the Completed date, Description, and Results. Open the dynamic HPI template. Add Previous Medication Data in the Dynamic HPI
The Prior medications link enables you to add the patient's previous medication data to the dynamic HPI. Note: If you add prior medication data as a Findings section in the DHPI Config Practice template, you can view the data in the reason for visit panel. Launch the dynamic HPI. Click prior medications in the left pane. Choose a sub-selection type of medication from the grid.A list of medication appears. Select the appropriate medication from the list in the grid. Any dynamic HPI template includes the functionality for historical dynamic HPI data to be entered into the current dynamic HPI visit.
