Document a Generalized Anxiety Disorder - 7 Screening
The Generalized Anxiety Disorder - 7 (GAD-7) template is available at any time during an encounter from the navigation bar.
From the navigation bar, scroll down to select Screening Tools.

In the Screening Tools Available Grid, select Generalized Anxiety Disorder - 7 (GAD-7).
The Generalized Anxiety Disorder - 7 (GAD-7) template launches.
Document the appropriate level for each of the seven issues presented under the question: Over the last 2 weeks, how often have you been bothered by the following problems.
Select one of the following four calculated fields for each question:
Not at all - each selection equals zero points
Several days - each selection is equal to one point
More than half the days - each selection is equal to two points
Nearly every day - each selection is equal to three points.
The Total Score section automatically calculates with each selection.
Select the appropriate level of difficulty for If you checked off any problems, how difficult have these problems made it for you to do your work, take care of things at home, or get along with other people.
Click Save & Close to return to the Screening Tools template.
The documented GAD-7 data appears in the grid and shares onto the Order Management template.
Click Save & Close.
Generate any master document to view the GAD-7 information in the Screening Tools section.
