Create Person Accounts from People Lookup

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Select Lookup.
    The People Lookup window opens.
  3. In the Search Criteria section, enter the person's information and then selectFind.
    Person records that match the search criteria appear in the Matching Records section.
  4. Select the person, and then selectOpen.
    The Modify Person Information window opens.
  5. Verify that the demographics, billing address, and contact information are complete.
  6. SelectAccount.
    A message appears asking you for confirmation to create the account.
  7. Select OK.
    The person account is created and the Account Profile window opens.
