Complete the USPS Registration Form

You must complete the Registration for USPS Web Tools form to register for a United States Postal Service (USPS) user ID and password.

  1. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select Admin > Preferences > Practice
    The Practice Preferences window opens.
  2. From Preferences List, select External.
  3. In the USPS Address Validation section, select the Enable Address Validation check box.
  4. Select the Click Here link.
    The Registration for USPS Web Tools page opens.

  5. Fill in the required fields . However, leave the following fields blank:
    • Urbanization (Puerto Rico only)
    • What is the Web site address (URL) of the site that will be hosting the USPS Web Tools?
  6. Review the terms and conditions section, and then select I Agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use.
  7. Select Submit.
    USPS sends a USPS Web Tools registration notice that includes your user details to your email address.
