Modify an Existing User
Select the user you want to modify.
The
General
tab displays the user information.
Review the information and enter any changes.
Select
Update
to save the information.

Find Users
You can locate a user in a specific security group within a practice. On the Edit menu, select Find. The Find window appears. Under Find By, select whether you want to search by last name, first name, or user ID. The name of the field below this criteria updates to match your selection. Enter the search criteria in the field. Select Find Now. The search results list the matching user names along with the practices and the security groups that they are in. If users are deactivated, their names display along with the practices and security groups that they last belonged to. If the user you are searching for is not listed, select New Search, and then repeat the previous steps for entering new criteria. In the User list, do one of the following: Double-click the user you want to locate. Select the user you want to locate, then select OK. Modify a Contact
Open the Patient Information window for the desired patient. Select the Relations/Roles tab. The Contact section displays the current contact. Select the Open Record button. The Modify Contact Information window appears. Modify information for the contact as needed. To save changes and close the window, select OK. Parent topic: Contact Information

Open the Person Information or Patient Information window for the desired person or patient. Select the Relations/Role tab. In the Relationship section, select the row for the relationship to be modified. Select the Open Menu button, and select Open. The Modify Relationship Information window appears.
