Ordering	NextGen® Enterprise EHR	Enables users to create bulk orders When set to No, - users are not able to create bulk orders and the Order button located on the NextGen Care Population Hub toolbar is disabled (not hidden). When set to Yes, users can create bulk orders and the Order button located on the NextGen Care Population Hub toolbar is enabled. Default setting - No (the setting is turned off by default).

The NextGen® Enterprise EHR Documents Operations Subgroup in the System Administrator application enables users to perform actions in Document Builder. Subgroup Used in Description Add Document Addendums NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to add an addendum to a previously approved patient document in the TX Text document viewer only. Note: : The Save As RTF Universal Preference must be set to True. Edit Category Selections NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to add a document to a category while they are generating the document. Export NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to export NextGen® Enterprise EHR documents from one NextGen database to another. You can access NextGen Care® Population Management Hub from the View menu in NextGen® Enterprise. You must have a license for NextGen Care® Population Management Hub and access permission to access the application from the View menu. Note: In System Administrator, if Access Rights for NextGen Care® Population Management Hub is set to No, the NextGen Care Population Management Hub option is not available in the View menu. For more information on setting access permissions to NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise. View Patient Chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR

You can select and view a patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. You can view a patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Note: In System Administrator, if Access Rights for Chart/Recalls/Tasking is set to No, then you cannot access Chart on the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub toolbar. In NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, do one of the following: From the Cohorts tab, run a report. From the My Lists tab, run a list. From the Appointment Book tab, filter the patients. The patient list appears in the patient grid. In the patient grid, select the check box next to the patient's name. From Chart, select EHR Chart. After you have created and saved the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub using Practice template, access NextGen Care® Population Management Hub through Practice Template. Note: A separate license for the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub is required for its use in NextGen® Enterprise. For more information on purchasing this license, contact NextGen Healthcare Client Support. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template.
