Open NextGen Care® Population Management Hub through Practice Template

After you have created and saved the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub using Practice template, access NextGen Care® Population Management Hub through Practice Template. Note: A separate license for the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub is required for its use in NextGen® Enterprise. For more information on purchasing this license, contact NextGen Healthcare Client Support. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. Select Practice. Select All. The list of saved practice templates opens. NextGen Care Population Management Hub Operation

The NextGen Care Population Management Hub Operation permission enables NextGen® Enterprise users access to the Population Management Hub based on the user's role. The rights are set to Yes by default. Note: Rights can be set to Yes or No for the entire group or individually. When set to Yes, the Population Management Hub option is enabled in NextGen® Enterprise EHR under the View menu, and disabled when rights are set to No. Subgroup Used in Description Chart/Recalls/Tasking NextGen® Enterprise EHR Enables users to access Chart, Recalls, and Tasking sections of the Population Management Hub. Before you begin Ensure that the single sign-on universal preferences for NextGen Population Health are set up in System Administrator. Ensure that the user email address for NextGen® Enterprise EHR in System Administrator and the email address used to register in NextGen Population Health are same. You can open the NextGen Population Health website from NextGen® Enterprise EHR without entering the log on credentials for the NextGen Population Health website. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. From the File menu, select NextGen Population Health. The NextGen Population Health website opens in your default browser outside NextGen® Enterprise EHR. CAUTION: If a wrong URL is added in the NextGen Population Health Production URL field in System Administrator, an error message appears stating that there is an error accessing the URL. You can select and view a patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. You can view a patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
