Add External Systems for Users

In the user details, the External tab enables you to add external systems that interface with NextGen® Enterprise applications and to associate those systems with the selected user. The External tab displays the following columns:

ColumnDescription
External SystemLists the external systems that were selected for the External System field when new external systems were added. These external systems interface with the NextGen application.
External System IDLists the IDs assigned to the external systems.
External Record IDLists the data entered for the External ID field when new external systems were added.
Internal Record IDLists the internal ID automatically assigned to the external ID.

To add an external system, from theExternaltab, do one of the following:

To add a new item, select theOpen Menu button, and then selectNew.

To modify an existing item, select the item in the list, select theOpen Menu button, and then selectOpen.

TheAdd External Interfacewindow appears.
