Edit
To edit an exam, select the exam from the Exams grid, and then select Edit button. This opens the exam just as if it was opened from the left navigation link. You can only edit exam details on today’s encounter. Parent topic: Exams

Review
When you select an exam from the Exams grid and then select Review, the exam information displays in the exam template it was captured on, in view-only mode. No edits to the exam can be made from this view. Parent topic: Exams

View Exams
Select the View button to display all completed exams as they appear in the Exam grid on Single Visit in one template window. Parent topic: Documenting Exams

Exams
You can document on as many exams as necessary. To add exam information to the patient’s visit, select one of the exams from the left-hand list or select Additional to see, and then select other exams. Once you have added all necessary information on an Exam template, select Save & Close to close the template and save the information into the Exams grid on Single Visit. Exams grid Note: The left-hand list is configurable so you can remove exams that you will not use (for example, you may not see any Pediatric patients and, therefore, want to hide all Pediatric exams) or configure certain exams to show for specific therapists. The left navigation can be configured in the Navigation Config practice template. You can also compare multiple exams with the multi view option and view, edit, and review existing exams. Review Exams
You can review any completed exam in the grid. You cannot make changes to an exam that was entered in a previous encounter. Select the exam you want to review. Select Review. The information is displayed as it was entered on the template. Parent topic: Documenting Exams

Edit Exams
You can only edit an exam on the encounter where it was created. Select the exam from the grid. Select Edit. The template window opens for the exam you selected to edit. Make all desired changes. Select Save & Close. Parent topic: Documenting Exams
