Quick Add
Quick Add helps you enter data efficiently in fields that open serially for multiple grid entries, as, for example, when adding entries for finger strength on the Finger Exam. With each selection for a field, the next field opens automatically; you do not need to select each field to complete a grid entry. Add an Item to a Picklist Grid
You can add items to any grid that is set to Active. Doing so adds the item to the picklist. Select the field below the grid and type the picklist entry. Select Add to save it to the grid. Add an Item to a Database Picklist
Select the picklist from the Database Picklists grid. Select the left side field below the grid. Select a value for the first column or select the blank at the top to enter a new first-column value. In the next field, select an entry for that column. Repeat step 4 as necessary for picklists with more than two columns. Select the Add button to save the item to the grid.
