Add New Charge Code Views
Select the Template field. A picklist opens for you to choose the template. Select the template, and then select OK. Grid on the Cancel, Ancillary Services & HA Repair Delivery panel The current charge setup is shown in the grid. Select the Description and Charge Code fields below the View # columns in the grid to type in descriptions and charge codes. Select Add/Update to add the new views to the grid. The following image shows how the settings in the example above appear on the Cancel template (the same general appearance applies to the Ancillary Services template): Cancel template Note: As needed, adjust any charges that are tied to the Charge Code entered in your SIM library for the specified codes.
