Change Display Order

You can change the display order of the items in the side navigation. Select the Category and Visit Set. Select an item in the grid. Use the up or down arrows on the right side of the grid to reposition it. Parent topic: Side Navigation

Sub-Category Template Links

If you have templates that you want to add to the navigation that are related to another template such as Special Test, you can add them by using the Sub-Category Nav Menu grid. Select the Category and Visit Set Select a template in the left grid that you want to add the sub-category templates to. Enter the display name for the sub-category in the left-hand field below the Sub-Category grid. Select the right-hand field below the Sub-Category Nav Menu grid, and then select the template. Remove an Exam Template

You can remove an exam template from the list. On the Specialty Nav Config system template, expand the Side Navigation panel. Open a Category and select a Menu Group to which desired template belongs. All the templates associated with the selected category and menu group appear in the below grid. Side Navigation

Use the Side Navigation panel to configure the left side navigation for Exam, Goal, HPI, Prior Function, Treatment, and ROS options on the Single Visit template. These side navigation bars come preconfigured, but you can change them to suit the needs of your practice and reorder the links. Update a Sub-navigation Link on a Template

You can update or delete existing links on templates. On the Specialty Nav Config template, expand the Sub Bar Navigation panel. In the grid, select the template to display the configured links. To change a template or database picklist, select the Link field, select a new item, and then select Add/Update. To update the display name of a link, edit the name in the applicable Display field, and then select Add/Update. To change the order of a link, select the new position number in the corresponding Position field, and then select Add/Update. Note: Positions 9-16 are only available for the IORTShomepage_v2 template. The link position updates, and the positions of the remaining links automatically adjust. Remove Items from a Database Picklist

You can remove items from the database picklist used for configuration of navigation links on medical record templates. On the Specialty Nav Config system template, expand the Database Picklist panel. From the left grid, select the desired database picklist. The existing items in that database picklist appear in the right grid. Delete button in the Database Picklist panel From the right grid, select the desired link, and click Delete.
