Open the Therapy Goal Template

You can add or update speech therapy goals on the Therapy Goal template.

1. On the Speech Single Visit template, expand the Objective panel.
2. Under the Goals grid, select Edit.
   The NTS Therapy Goals template opens.

   • The Goals grid displays all goals entered for the patient.
   • The Goal Progression/History grid shows the history of updates made to a goal selected from the Goals grid.
