Add Treatment Plan Details for Chiro Visits

In the NTS Chiro Single Visit template, expand the Assessment/Plan panel. In the Plan Details section, and then select A/P Details. The Chiro A/P Details template opens. If this is the first visit in this case, the Treatment grid will be empty. Afterwards, when you open this template, all entries in the grid copy forward from the prior visit. Chiro A/P Details template (blank) Select the Treatment field. A picklist of treatment items opens. Do one of the following to add all treatment activities you plan to use to rehabilitate the patient: Select the items from the picklist, and then select Close or Done. As you select each item, it automatically appears the Treatment grid. To enter a treatment that is not listed in the picklist, select the blank space in the list to close the picklist, and then enter the text in the Treatment field. Select Save. Order Therapies in the Therapy Order Template

You can place orders for various therapies for a patient and generate the order requisition. Open the Home or any other applicable template, select Orders from the upper navigation bar, and then select Therapy Order. The Therapy Order template opens. Note: The Date field displays the current date. You can update the date if needed. To add the diagnoses and procedures, select Dx & Px. Note: Selecting procedures is optional; however, you must select at least one diagnosis to order therapies. After you place the order, the documented diagnoses and procedures appear in the grid as follows: If you add more than four diagnoses, the first four diagnoses appear in the Diagnosis column, and the remaining appear in the Summary column.
