Update a Print Server or Printer
Select the entry in the Print Servers grid. To change the server, select the field under the Server column of the Print Servers grid once to edit the entry, or twice to select a different server. Select the entry in the Default Print Servers grid. To change the location, select the field under the Location column and select a different location. To change the server, select the field under the Server column and select a different server.
