- Items in black prompt for an onset date.
- Items with blue labels open a picklist to select from, to further specify the PMH for that item.
For example, if you select
Cancer, a picklist opens to select the type of cancer. Select the type of cancer, and then select
OK, where upon you are prompted to enter the onset date. If you select
Other, a search window opens. Here you can search for the specific PMH. Select the desired PMH, enter the onset date and then select
Save to Grid.
