Correction Worklog

The Correction Worklog system template displays any patient encounter that is in the middle of a correction process and, in the Status column, which step is currently being worked on. This worklog helps ensure that the correction process is completed on every patient it is started on. Once all steps are completed, the patient automatically disappears from the worklog. Open the Correction Template

From the Patient History toolbar, select the template icon. The Select Template window opens. Medical Records tab on the Select Template window In the Show section, select All. Open a Worklog

Select the Worklog link in the subnavigation. Worklog list in the Navigation picklist Select the worklog from the picklist, and then select OK. Parent topic: Worklogs

Correction Template and Worklog

When changes need to be made to a chart, but documentation has already been produced and sent out of the facility, you must begin a correction process. To do this, you can use the Correction template. Unfinished corrections appear in the Correction Worklog. View or Update a Worklog Entry

You can add a new worklog entry, or open one to view and update patient information details. From the Home template, click the Pre Reg link. Select a patient row, right-click, and select Open. The Coordinator Tasks window opens. Coordinator Tasks window Add or update any information as needed. Enter any Notes for other schedulers/coordinators. Click Save. Open the Navigation Configuration Template
