Access the Correction Worklog
You can open this worklog from the sub-navigational link on Homepage or Single Visit, from the workflow toolbar on the Correction template, or by using the System Template launcher.

The Correction Worklog system template displays any patient encounter that is in the middle of a correction process and, in the Status column, which step is currently being worked on. This worklog helps ensure that the correction process is completed on every patient it is started on. Once all steps are completed, the patient automatically disappears from the worklog. When changes need to be made to a chart, but documentation has already been produced and sent out of the facility, you must begin a correction process. To do this, you can use the Correction template. Unfinished corrections appear in the Correction Worklog. You can add a new worklog entry, or open one to view and update patient information details. From the Home template, click the Pre Reg link. Select a patient row, right-click, and select Open. The Coordinator Tasks window opens. Coordinator Tasks window Add or update any information as needed. Enter any Notes for other schedulers/coordinators. Click Save.
