Unassign a Category from a Task
On the
Tasking Configuration
practice template, expand the
Tasks
panel.
From the main grid, select the task.
The
Call Name
field under the
Task Options
panel displays the call name for selected task.

grid, select the category.

Assign a Category to a Task
On the Tasking Configuration practice template, expand the Tasks panel. From the main grid, select the task. The Call Name field under the Task Options panel displays the call name for selected task. Unassign a Task
You can unassign a task from a user, group, role or workstation, so that they are no longer automatically tasked. On the Tasking Configuration practice template, expand the Tasks panel. From the main grid, select the task. The Call Name field under the Task Options panel displays the call name for selected task. Expand the Task Options panel. Assign a Task
You can assign a task to one or more specific users, a workgroup, a provider, or a workstation, so that any user at that workstation can see and act on the task. On the Tasking Configuration practice template, expand the Tasks panel. From the main grid, select the task you want to assign. The Call Name field under the Task Options panel displays the call name for selected task. Expand the Task Options panel. Under the Task To section, select an option. The corresponding pick list and a field appear. Select the user or group to which you want to assign the task and click OK. Under the Task To section, click Add. Manage Task Assignments
You can use the Task Options panel to assign tasks for specific users or user groups from the tasking grid. These tasks are sent automatically to the selected users’ inboxes. The Tasks panel also enables you to assign a category to the task and to remove a category from a task. Assign a Category to a Task
You can use the Category grid to assign an Inbox Category that will be applied to the task. Select the Use category field to the right of the Category grid. Select the category you want that task to file under when it is sent. Select the Add button to save it to the grid. Parent topic: Task Options Panel

Remove Recipients from Tasks
You can remove a user, workgroup, or provider from a task. On the Specialty Config Home template, select Tasking Manager from the left navigation bar. On the MICS Tasking Manager template, expand the Tasks panel. From the Tasks grid, select the task you want to remove recipient from. In the Task Options panel, the call name and assignee name appear in the Task Name and Assign To grid, respectively.
