Authorize a Group to Save System Set QuickPicks Authorize a Group to Save System Set QuickPicks Click the field below the Manage System Set Authorized Groups grid. A list of security groups opens. Double-click the security group you want to add, or select it and click OK. Click Add. Double-Star Settings
Use this panel to set which QuickPicks are viewable in the INF Td Set Filter picklist that opens when you click the double-star icon (Double star icon) on the QuickPick tool bar, and to select which security groups can manage QuickPick System Sets. Using the options, you can choose to display system sets, QuickPicks saved by other providers in the practice, or both. Manage System Set Authorized Groups
You can manage security groups that can save QuickPicks as system sets. On the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, expand the Double-Star Settings panel. To authorize a security group for saving QuickPicks as system sets, do the following in the Manage System Set Authorized Groups section. Click the field for security group name, select the desired security group from the Security Groups window, and then click OK. Click Add. The selected security group is added to the grid. Note: While saving a new QuickPick on the applicable medical record templates, the System Set check box appears for the members of the authorized security group. To delete an authorized security group, do the following in the Manage System Set Authorized Groups section. Select the security group to be deleted from the grid. Select Delete. You can configure preferences for QuickPicks that open when you click the double-star icon. You can use the Double-Star Settings panel of the Specialty QuickPick Manager template to configure QuickPicks listed on the window that opens on clicking the double-star icon on the QuickPick toolbar. Manage QuickPicks for Providers and System Sets
You can update or delete QuickPicks that are saved for a provider or system set. On the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, expand the QuickPicks panel. Filter the values in the QuickPicks grid as needed. To update set name and comments for a QuickPick, do the following: Select a QuickPick to be updated in the QuickPicks grid. Update the set name or comments as needed. Select Update. The selected QuickPick is updated in the QuickPicks grid. To delete a QuickPick, do the following: Select a QuickPick to be deleted from the QuickPicks grid. Select Delete. A message appears to confirm removal of the QuickPick. Select Yes.
