You can manage security groups that can save QuickPicks as system sets.
- On the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, expand the Double-Star Settings panel.
- To authorize a security group for saving QuickPicks as system sets, do the following in the Manage System Set Authorized Groups section.
- Click the field for security group name, select the desired security group from the Security Groups window, and then click OK.
- Click Add.
The selected security group is added to the grid.
Note: While saving a new QuickPick on the applicable medical record templates, the System Set check box appears for the members of the authorized security group.
- To delete an authorized security group, do the following in the Manage System Set Authorized Groups section.
- Select the security group to be deleted from the grid.
- Select Delete.
The selected security group is deleted from the grid.
