QuickPicks

Use the QuickPicks panel to manage specific fields on QuickPicks, and to copy QuickPick sets. You can filter the QuickPicks set grid by category, set name, or provider. Selecting a QuickPick in the grid shows the table, field name and default values for that QuickPick in the larger grid below. Exclusions and Inclusions

You can use the Exclusions and Inclusions panel to: Set fields that are excluded from QuickPick sets Enable or Disable Get Data functionality Set fields that are included in Get Data Note: As a default, the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite sets all patient-specific information such as diagnosis, timeframe, and so on as excluded from QuickPicks. Exclusions and Inclusions panel on the QuickPick Manager template Setup the Fields to be Excluded from QuickPick If you do not want to save the data of a particular field as a QuickPick, you can add that field to the exclusion list. Filter by Provider and Set

Filter by Provider and Set Filter by Provider and Set You can filter the QuickPick Tracking grid to show all QuickPick sets for a selected provider or only a specific set usage. On the QuickPick Manager template, open the QuickPicks Tracking panel. Select the Provider option. This displays the Provider and Set fields and opens a picklist of providers. Provider field in the QuickPicks Tracking panel Select a provider name or select the asterisk (*) to show QuickPicks for all providers. Your selection enters the Provider field and a picklist opens for you to select the set. Select a QuickPick or select the asterisk (*) for all QuickPicks, and click OK. Filter by Encounter Number

You can filter the QuickPick Tracking grid to show all QuickPick sets for a entered encounter number. On the QuickPick Manager template, open the QuickPicks Tracking panel. Select the Encounter Number option. A field appears to enter the encounter number. Enter the encounter number. Click Load. The results appear in the grid. On the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, in the QuickPicks Tracking panel, you can view and track the usage of QuickPicks.
