You can remove a patient from the
Pre-Reg Worklog
template.
Select the patient in the grid, right click, and select
Delete
.

Add a Patient to the Pre-Reg Worklog
You can add a new worklog entry, or open one to view and update patient information details. From the Home template, click the Pre Reg link. On the Pre-Reg Worklog template, right-click in the grid and select Add New. The Coordinator Tasks window opens. Coordinator Tasks window Enter the patient information, provider, and referring provider details. Select from the following: Clinically Approved Billing Approved Appt Made and Appt.Dt. Clinical 1 Complete Clinical 2 Complete Pre Registration Complete Enter any Notes for other schedulers/coordinators. Click Save. Click Close to return to the Pre-Reg Worklog template. Open a Patient’s Chart from the Worklog
You can open a patient’s chart from the Pre-Reg Worklog template. From the Home template, click the Pre Reg link. Select the patient in the grid. Open Chart link on the Pre-Registration Worklog template Click the Open Chart tab in the workflow tab. Parent topic: Pre-Registration Worklog

View or Update a Worklog Entry
You can add a new worklog entry, or open one to view and update patient information details. From the Home template, click the Pre Reg link. Select a patient row, right-click, and select Open. The Coordinator Tasks window opens. Coordinator Tasks window Add or update any information as needed. Enter any Notes for other schedulers/coordinators. Click Save. Pre-Registration Worklog
You can use the Pre-Reg Worklog system template is reference tool for the pre-registration staff. You must add patients manually to the worklog via the Pre Reg template. Users tracking clinical approval, billing approval, etc. can track this information and launch the patient's chart directly from this worklog. You can manually add a patient to the worklog or you can add them from the Pre Reg template. You can access the Pre-Reg Worklog template from the Pre Reg link on the Home template. Delete an Entry from the Worklog
Click File > System/Practice Template > System tab. Select the All option and select IORTSforms Worklog. On the FD Worklog system template, select a row in the grid. Click Delete. A confirmation message appears. Click Yes. The entry is removed. Parent topic: FD Worklog Template
