Click the Intake Note button or link to generate the Intake Note document. Review the document. To print the generated document, click Print. Click Close to close the document. You can document dilation and (eye drops) administered in the Dilation/Other Medications panel. Generate the Intake Note Document

After documenting the patient information, the intake staff generates the Intake Note as the written summary of data collected in the encounter. The provider might also generate the Intake Note to obtain an overview of the collected information and then continue with the history of present illness, physical exam, assessment, and plan. You can select Generate Intake Note on the Intake template or Intake Note on the Histories templates.
