Opening the Ophthalmology Home Template

If you haven't selected a default medical records template, you can use Template icon on the History Toolbar to open the Ophthalmology Home Page - OPH template you wish to use by selecting it from the list of medical records templates.

For users that work within a single specialty, you can set a preferred medical records template to open by default when a patient chart is opened and a new encounter is created.

For users that work with more than one specialty, you can select a list of preferred templates to use as a starting point in Preferences.
