Enter Prism Cover Test Findings
Prism Cover Test findings are entered using the edit fields found above the grid. Each edit field corresponds to the column in the grid below it. As you select a value for the field, the picklist for the next field opens. prism cover test findings Click the field above the grid Distance column and select a value from the CT Distance list. Enter Cover Test Findings
Cover test findings for both Without Correction and With Correction have the same workflow. For Dist, click the Prism1 field and select a value from the list. The picklist for the Base1 field opens. Select a value for Base1 from the list. Click the Prism2 field and select a value from the list. The picklist for the Base2 field opens. Select a value for Base2 from the list. Repeat the steps above for the Near fields. Enter the findings in the sc field for Without Correction or the cc in the With Correction. Enter the Fixation/Pref for Dist and Near and then enter Head Posture. Enter additional Comments as needed. Parent topic: Low Vision Exam

Enter Glare and Contrast Test Findings
As you select a value for the field, the picklist for the next field opens. In the Glare and Contrast Tests section, click the Level field, and select a value from the OPH Bat list. The selected value appears in the field and the OPH Visual Acuity list opens. For OD, select a value from the OPH Visual Acuity list. For OS, select a value from the OPH Visual Acuity list. Enter Potential Acuity Meter (PAM) Findings

Edit PT Exercise Data Set Items
