Remove PT Exercise Data Set Items

Add PT Exercise Data Set Data Items for an Injury Group
On the Data Sets Setup template, Select the Data Set field and select PT Exercise. Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup template opens. Template Data Sets Setup Select the Provider field and select a provider to associate the injury group having the exercise set. Select the Injury group and select a group to include exercise set. Enter any number of strength related exercise in the Strength fields. Enter aerobic exercises in Aerobic 1 and Aerobic 2 fields. Enter any number of stretching exercises in the Stretching fields. Enter exercise to improve range of motion in the ROM fields. Enter any number of additional exercises in the Additional fields. Enter any number of exercises performed at home in the Home Exer fields. Select Save. Select Close.The newly configured data set item displays in the grid. Parent topic: PT Exercise Data Set

The PT Exercise data set enables you to configure exercises to a particular Injury group. In this practice template, you can add and/or modify the exercise set for a Injury groups.
