You can clear the entire dictation if you do not use tags, or clear the dictation for individual tags. When you clear dictation, both the audio and text files are deleted.
Open NextGen® Mobile.
Open a dictation job.
To delete dictation when the text box is open, do one of the following:
If you do not use tags, select Clear Audio & Text.
If you use tags, select the tag you want to clear, and then select Clear Audio & Text.
A message appears for you to confirm the deletion.
To delete dictation when the text box is hidden, do one of the following:
If you do not use tags, select Clear.
If you use tags, select the tag you want to clear, and then select Clear.
A message appears for you to confirm the deletion.
