Add, Edit, and Delete Macros for User Accounts

Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select your clinic, select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. In Users, search for and select a user, and then select the Macros tab. Select Add New Macro.The Add Macro page in Create New Macro Wizard opens. Enter the name of the macro you want to create.If you want to create an ambient listening macro, turn on Ambient, and select a mode. Standard mode adds only the defined macro without extra words during dictation. Ambient Complete mode adds additional words between the existing macro text based on the context. Select a SOAP section, and then enter the activation phrase and the text you want the macro to generate.You can use Load Macro from file to add the macro text from your local file by overriding the existing content. Select Next to assign dictators, and then select Save. Note: By default, all dictators are added to the Assigned Dictators section. You can add or remove dictators. The macro is added. Add, Edit, and Delete Macros for Content Groups

In NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal, you can create macros for a content group to be used for a specific group of providers. Note: The content group macros that you create are available in both NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal and NextGen® Mobile CLINIC MACROS. For more information on clinic macros, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest NextGen®Mobile Solutions iOS User Guide. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups. Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group. Search for and select a content group, and then select Macros. Select Add New Macro.The Add Macro window opens. Edit User Information

Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. Search for and then select a username.The User Information tab on the Edit User page opens. In NextGen Username, enter the username to ensure your NextGen® Enterprise username is linked in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal, and then enter the additional information. Update dictator, notification, macro, and dictionary preferences as necessary. Select Save & Close. Reset the User Password You can reset the user password in Manage Clinic. Disable and Enable User Accounts You can deactivate and activate the user accounts in Manage Clinic. Add Group Macros from Other Content Group

In NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal, you can add group of macros from other content group within your clinic in the Macros tab. Note: The content group macros that you create are available in both NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal and NextGen® Mobile CLINIC MACROS. View and Create Content Groups

Content Groups are sub-groups, and you can create content groups with the same clinic users to use the shared content in NextGen® Mobile. Note: The group members can access the group content, and each user must assign to only one content group. Users not assigned to any content group can view all data available in their clinic. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups. Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group. Search for and select a group name.You can select Image Templates, Signature Types, Job List, Macros, and Personal Dictionary to view the corresponding details. Edit Content Group opens displaying the Users tab by default. To create a group, select Create New Group. In Group Name, enter the group name, and then select Next.
