Edit Content Groups

Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups. Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group. Search for and select a group name.Edit Content Group opens displaying the Users tab by default. Edit Content Group view Select the edit edit icon icon next to Group Name, update the group name, and then select the check mark. Update Users, Image Templates, Signature Types, Job List, Macros, and Personal Dictionary. Select Save & Close. Note: You cannot delete content groups. View and Create Content Groups

Content Groups are sub-groups, and you can create content groups with the same clinic users to use the shared content in NextGen® Mobile. Note: The group members can access the group content, and each user must assign to only one content group. Users not assigned to any content group can view all data available in their clinic. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups. Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group. Search for and select a group name.You can select Image Templates, Signature Types, Job List, Macros, and Personal Dictionary to view the corresponding details. Edit Content Group opens displaying the Users tab by default. To create a group, select Create New Group. In Group Name, enter the group name, and then select Next. Add, Edit, and Delete Image Templates for Content Groups

You can create image libraries and PDF documents, and make them available for the content group members to use in their documentation. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups. Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group. Search for and select a content group, and then select Add Image Templates.Image Templates opens. To add image templates, do one of the following: Select Add New Template, in Template Name, enter the name, select a Image File, and select Save, then select Next. Select Add Existing Template, select a group from the list, select Save, and then select Next. Note: You can add Signature Types, Job List, Macros, and Personal Dictionary to a content group. Optional: To view an image template, in Actions, select View. Optional: To edit an image template, in Actions, select Edit, update the template name and image file, and then select Sav

Add Users for Content Groups

Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups. Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group. Search for and select a content group, and then select Users. Select the add all Add all icon, or select the necessary users and select the Add icon icon to add users, and then select Next.You can use the Remove All icon icon or the Remove icon icon to remove the assigned users from the group. Note: You can add Image Templates, Signature Types, Job List, Macros, and Personal Dictionary to a content group. Add and Delete Signature Types for Content Groups

You can create a set of signature types, and make them available for the content group members to use when signing documents in NextGen® Mobile. Note: A content group can have a maximum of 50 signature types. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups. Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group. Search for and select a content group, and then select Signature Type.Signature Type opens displaying the default signatures. Signature Type view To add a signature type, select Add Signature Type, in Signature Type, enter the name, and select Save, then select Next. Note: You can add Job List, Macros, and Personal Dictionary to a content group. Optional: To delete a signature type, in Actions, select Delete, and then select Yes.
