Update Vendor Information
You can update a vendor’s contact information.
Select the vendor in the grid.
The fields below the grid fill in with the vendor’s contact information.
Select in the field(s) for the information that you want to update, and edit the entry as needed.
Select
Update
to save the changes.

Add a Vendor
When adding vendors to the grid, only the name and phone number are required. Select the field below the Vendor column of the grid and enter the vendor’s name. Select the field below the Phone # column of the grid and type in the vendor’s phone number. To include other information for the vendor, select the fields to type it in. Note: You can enter the lead time in the field below the Lead Time column of the grid. Lead time is how long before you expect to need inventory that you should order it to ensure receipt of the inventory before levels are below par. Inactivate a Vendor
You cannot completely remove a vendor entry from the grid, but you can mark the vendor as inactive, to keep your list With the grid filtered to Active, select the vendor that you want to remove from the active list. Select the Toggle button above the grid. The vendor moves to the inactive list. To view inactive vendors, select the Inactive option above the grid. Parent topic: Vendor Setup

Restore an Inactive vendor
You can restore an inactive vendor to the active list. Select the Inactive option above the grid. Select the vendor in the grid. Select the Toggle button. The item is now in the grid when the Active option is selected, and visible in the picklist. Parent topic: Vendor Setup

Vendor Setup
Use the Vendor Setup panel to maintain vendor contact information. The panel has one grid, that shows vendor information. You can toggle the grid between vectors actively used, and inactive vendors, using the Active and Inactive options above the grid. Update Invoice Information
You can update an invoice total, due date or terms. Select the invoice from the grid. The information fills into the fields below the grid. Change the invoice total, due date, or terms by editing the entries in those fields. Select Update. The updates are saved to the grid. Parent topic: Invoice Panel

Update the Location Contact Information
You can update the contact information for any location of your practice. On the Document Config system template, expand the Document Contact Information panel. From the left grid, select the desired practice. The locations for that practice appear in the right grid. Select the desired location. The contact information for the selected practice and location appear in the corresponding fields to the right of the grid. Update the information, as required. Click Update.
