View Inactive Sub-Locations
You can view all inactive sub-locations. On the Admin Configuration system template, expand the Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration panel. Select the Inactive option above the Location grid. Reactivate a Sub-Location
You can reactivate an inactive sub-location. On the Admin Configuration system template, expand the Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration panel. Select the Inactive option on top of the Locations grid. In the Locations grid, select the record corresponding to the sub-location you want to activate. Select Toggle. Add a Sub-Location
You can add sub-locations for locations of your practice. On the Admin Configuration system template, expand the Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration panel. In the Locations grid, select the desired location in the field below Location Name column. Add sub-location In the field below Sub-Location Name column, enter the sub-location name. Select Add . Disable Sub-Locations
You can disable sub-locations for a location of your practice. Before you begin You must transfer all medications from the sub-location into a main location. On the Admin Configuration system template, expand the Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration panel. In the Locations grid, select the record corresponding to sub-location to be disabled. The location and sub-location name for the selected record appear in the corresponding fields below the grid. Clear the Sub-Loc Enabled check box. Select Add . Update. Configure Inventory Sharing Between Locations
You can configure inventory sharing between locations of your practice. Sharing the inventory enables the locations to use inventory at sub-locations of other locations of your practice. Note: You must enable a sub-location to share the inventory at that sub-location. On the Admin Configuration system template, expand the Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration panel. Open the Shared Inventory Across Locations grid. In the field below the Main Location column, select the current location of inventory. Do one of the following: To share the inventory of a sub-location, select that sub-location in the field below the Main Sub-Location column. To share the inventory at all the sub-locations of the location, select * in the field below theMain Sub-Location column. In the field below the Shared Location column, select the location with which you want to share the inventory at the selected location and sub-location. Select Add . Update. Enable Sub-Locations
You can enable sub-locations for a location of your practice. Enabling sub-locations allows you to track medications to more specific locations. Sub-locations can be nursing stations, refrigerators, deep freezers, carts, and so on. When a sub-location is enabled for a practice location, you must assign a sub-location for medications being added to the inventory for that location. Also, you must select the sub-location while administering or dispensing medications on the medical record templates. On the Admin Configuration system template, expand the Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration panel. In the Locations grid, select the desired location in the field below the Location Name column. Enable sub-location In the field below Sub-Location Name column, enter the sub-location name. Select the Sub-Loc Enabled check box. Select Add . Update. Update a Sub-Location
On the
Admin Configuration
system template, expand the
Sub-Location(s) & Par Level Configuration
panel.
In the
Locations
grid, select the record corresponding to sub-location to be updated.
The location and sub-location name for the selected record appear in the corresponding fields below the grid.
Update the required details, and select
Add . Update
