Filter a Grid

At the top of the grids are radio buttons to filter the grids for items that are Active (show in the picklist), or Inactive (not in the picklist). You can add and update items in any grid that is filtered to Active.

Add an Item to a Picklist Grid

You can add items to a grid that is filtered to Active. Select the field below the grid and type the picklist entry. Select Add to save it to the grid. To clear the field, select the Eraser button to the right of the field. Parent topic: Configuring Manufacturer and Unit Type Picklists

Update a Picklist Item

You can update any Active entry in a grid, to change how it appears in the picklist. Select the entry in the grid. The text for that entry fills the field below the grid. Remove a Picklist Item

Restore a Picklist Item

Select the Inactive option above the grid. Select the item that you want to restore to the picklist. Select the Toggle button. The item now appears in the picklist and in the grid when you select the Active option. Parent topic: Removing and Restoring Picklist Items
