Disable a Trigger
An active trigger is indicated by a check mark in the check box to the left of the trigger. To open the Triggers window, do one of the following: Right-click anywhere on the template, and then select Triggers from the shortcut menu. Select Trigger on the Main toolbar. From the View menu, select Triggers. Select a specific field within the template. Select Trigger on the Main toolbar, or right-click the selected field, and then select Triggers from the shortcut menu. Select the trigger you want to inactivate. Select Disable. Show or Hide Trigger
In the Triggers window, select Hide Disabled. All disabled triggers are removed from display. The Hide Disabled button name changes to Show Disabled. To display disabled triggers again, select Show Disabled. The button name changes to Hide Disabled. Select Save. Parent topic: General Trigger Setup

Delete a Trigger
To open the Triggers window, do one of the following: Right-click anywhere on the template, and then select Triggers from the shortcut menu. Select the Trigger icon on the Main toolbar. From the View menu, select Triggers. Select a specific field within the template. Select the Trigger icon on the Main toolbar, or right-click the selected field, and then select Triggers from the shortcut menu. Select the trigger you want to delete. Select Delete. Filter a Trigger
You can filter the added triggers in the Triggers window based on the enable or disable triggers, fields, events, and actions. All is an option for each filter. Right-click the template field or the template, and then select Triggers. The list of triggers appears in the grid. The total number of triggers appears in the triggers grid. You can filter the triggers based on fields, events, and actions. The filtered trigger appears in the grid. You can filter the trigger with the following options: All - Displays all the enabled and disabled triggers. Enable - Displays only the Enabled triggers. Disable - Displays only the Disabled triggers. All Fields - Displays all the fields. You can filter the required field in the grid by selecting the field from the Field list. All Events - Displays all the events. You can further filter the grid by selecting the required event from the Event list. All Actions - Displays all the actions. You can further filter the grid by selecting the required action

Change a Trigger
You can edit the field, event, action, or condition for an existing trigger. The edit function also provides a quick way for you to add a trigger based on an existing, simple trigger. This capability cannot be used for certain triggers that are tied to cross-reference tables (for example, the Assign Field Value trigger tied to the trig_mf_xref table). To open the Triggers window, do one of the following: Right-click anywhere on the template, and then select Triggers from the shortcut menu. On the Main toolbar, select Triggers. From the View menu, select Triggers. Select a specific field within the template. Select Triggers, select View > Triggers, or right-click the selected field, and then select Triggers from the shortcut menu. Note: The Copy and Paste buttons appear on the Triggers window only when you select a specific field on the template. In the Triggers window, select the trigger you want to change. Information entered for the selected trigger appear in the Trigger, Condition,

Create Additional Triggers for the Same Field
You can quickly add certain triggers based on existing triggers to the same field and then edit them. This functionality can save time when you have to make changes to a trigger with multiple mappings, such as the Upload Extended Data trigger. Right-click the template field that you want to copy triggers from, and select Triggers from the shortcut menu. The Triggers window opens. Select the trigger you want to copy. Information entered for the selected trigger, appears in the Trigger, Condition, Parameter, and Comment boxes. Select Copy. Select Paste. The Paste Triggers window opens. The Find and Replace With boxes both contain the name of the same field. To copy the Condition and/or Parameters for the field triggers, select the applicable check box. Condition is selected by default. To copy disabled triggers, select the Copy Disabled check box. This option is checked by default. Select OK. The selected triggers are copied.
